Halesowen Athletics
On Friday 17th a group of children from years 5 and 6 took part in the 40th Halesowen Annual Sports Day. It is attended by lots of schools from all over Halesowen and the first event in a couple of years. All the children performed brilliantly, pushing themselves to achieve their absolute best. It was one of our best years for medals winning 1 bronze medal, 3 silver medals and 3 gold medals!!!

Hussain – Silver medal in the throwing event
Dominic – Bronze in the high jump event
Alicia – Silver in the long jump event and Gold in the throwing event
Mona – Silver in the long jump event
7 Mellieha – Gold in the skipping event and Gold in the high jump event
Ella – Silver in the high jump event and bronze in the 60m sprint
A massive well done to you all!
Leasowes Athletics
On Wednesday 30th March Pupils from Year 5/6 pupils took part in The Primary Sportshall Athletics at Leasowes High School. The children took part in Track Events – 1 Lap Sprint, 1 Lap Hurdles, 4 Laps Distance and
Field Events – Standing Ball Push, Speed Bounce, Standing Long Jump. The girls came 9th and the boys came 6th. Well done boys and girls!

Multiskills competition
On Thursday the 24th March we took part in The Dudley Schools Partnership SEND Multi Skills Games Event at the David Lloyd Centre.
The children took part in Multi skills activities, and the winners would go on to represent Dudley in the Country Finals.
Caslon did really well and gave it their all. We didn’t win on this occasion but represented the school with great pride.
